Buying Bitcoins Using Prepaid Cards: Here Is How You Can Do So

Best JPOP steaming service for overseas listeners?

I was using Google music for about a year since I could use my overseas credit card with my Japanese Google account. This gave me a good selection of Japanese music.
However, Amazon Alexa, PS4 and other devices have a really good integrated Spotify functionality, so decided to switch from Google Music to Spotify.
The problem with Spotify is that I cannot use my overseas creditcard with my Japanese Spotify account. I tried to create an account for the country I live in, but there are so many songs that are missing if I'm not using a Japanese account...
What steaming service is best if I mainly listen to Japanese music? (For people overseas) I've tried AWA, lineMusic, spotify but they all have the same problem requiring a Japanese creditcard..
I really want to use Spotify because of how widely used it is, but the songs are too limited if I register an account other than a japanese.. Anyone who've found a solution for this? Is it possible to buy Spotify cards in japan? Or are there other ways to pay for a Japanese Spotify account? Prepaid Visa cards, bitcoin->spotify?
Best would be if I could get myself a Japanese creditcard, but don't think it's possible...

Best prepaid card/generally spendable gift card (Visa, Amex, etc.) fundable with Bitcoin with no verification/KYC for a low-value (<$100) USD transaction?

I need to make a low value online (below $100) transaction where paying directly in BTC is not an option and only credit/debit/etc. cards are accepted. So I want to be able to fund a virtual card with BTC to do this. I'm okay with low limits as I don't intend to use it for general purchasing, but I don't want to have to verify a phone number, my name, address, driver's license or anything else. For such a transaction, what would be my best options?
I know on eGifter they sell Vanilla Visa gift cards that would meet my needs. But I'm not sure what the "activation" requirements for them are and I'm reluctant to buy one before knowing (as eGifter is vague, saying only that you can only redeem them if you're in the US (which I am) but not how you'll be expected to prove that). Anybody know?

How important is paying for a VPN anonymously?

I am new to VPNs and have been looking into getting one, and this subreddit has been very helpful. I've noticed most post mention paying for the service through a prepaid visa card/bitcoin/etc. I don't plan on torrenting or anything else illegal. I more want security, privacy from peeping eyes and more secure connections from public wifi. The only questionable thing may be the occasional getting around regional black outs while watching hockey on NHL Gamecenter assuming I'm not in the mood to go to a bar. Thanks for any help.

Where can I get bitcoin with a prepaid Visa debit card?

This is turning out to be goddamn rocket science for some reason. I just want to get some bitcoin with my prepaid Visa, but every site I visit makes a big fuss about that. I'm also a minor, and finding a platform that doesn't require two or three fucking forms of ID would be nice. No, I can't go out of my house and just meet some dude or go sniff out a BTC ATM.
